Ordering

All items are hand made to order. It can take between 1 - 2 weeks depending on current stock levels. When placing your order you are accepting that it may take up to 4 weeks so refunds cannot be given once we advise you of a timescale.
Returns
​
If your product arrives broken or faulty please contact us as soon as possible for us to rectify. It's important to check your collars and leads before each use. If your product breaks within a short timeframe of use (less than 3 months) we can refund/replace if appropriate. If the product is defective after 3 months of use, or a product does not fit your dog due to the measurements given being incorrect, or if the item was made to the specified size (very small discrepancies allowed) we cannot issue a refund. As we are a small business we cannot guarantee that we can refund cancellations. We will try to accommodate where we can but this may not be possible. If you wish to cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible.
Product Care

Wash our collars and leads in warm soapy water and air dry. Do not put them in a washing machine or tumble dryer. Settle mats can be washed at 30 and air dried. Our bandana and bow ties can go in the washing machine in a washing bag, and laid out flat to dry.
Disclaimer

Every item is made with strong, durable materials. We take every care to make every piece as strong and safe as possible. As with any collar and lead, it's advised to regularly check these for any wear and tear. Tighten the chicago screws every now and then and, if you wish, you can undo and then add superglue to make them not be able to come undone. If you do not reseal the screws properly, Bear & Bell's boutique cannot be held liable.
